01 Definitions

"Platform" refers to ru77711's website, mobile application, and all related services. "Player" refers to anyone who has registered an account and uses services on ru77711. "Services" refers to all games and financial transactions on the platform, including football betting, live casino, slots, and fish shooting games.

• Account: The individual registration opened by each player on the ru77711 platform.
• Bonus: Promotional funds granted by ru77711 to a player — issued in accordance with the terms in this document and the relevant bonus terms.
• Wagering requirement: The multiplier of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

02 Account Registration & Requirements

To open an account at ru77711, a player must meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• A player may only open one account for personal use. If more than one account is opened by the same person from different IP addresses or devices, ru77711 has the right to suspend those accounts.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

ru77711 handles deposits and withdrawals via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for any payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: Normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. It may take longer if verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests are sent only to the name and bank / payment method on the player's registered main account. No transfers to third parties are made.
• If ru77711 suspects a transaction does not comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, it has the right to temporarily hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• Only genuine payment methods that are personally owned by the player may be used for deposits.

04 Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

ru77711's welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15.

For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 20,000 Ks → total balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering: 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum) → total balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering: 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Additional bonus terms—

• Each bonus has its own separate wagering requirement. The bonus will only be credited if the player agrees, and the player has the right to decline it.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be automatically cancelled and only the real-money balance will be paid out.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering, and some games may not contribute at all — please check the details in advance.
• If ru77711 finds that a player has attempted to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, it has the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

05 VIP Program and Cashback

ru77711's VIP tiers consist of three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5% of the amount wagered that week.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

A player's play history and consistency of play are reviewed when determining VIP tier advancement. The exact thresholds are set by ru77711's VIP team. ru77711 reserves the right to adjust or discontinue cashback benefits with or without prior notice.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ru77711 platform—

• Game strategies intended to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using software, bots, or automated playing systems.
• Allowing a third party to play on your account (account sharing).
• Collusion — players working together to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Knowingly exploiting bugs or glitches in the gaming software. If a bug is found, play must stop immediately and it must be reported.

If ru77711 finds sufficient evidence that these rules have been violated, it may suspend or close the account and has the right to cancel any bonuses and related winnings.

07 Promotions and Refer a Friend

Regarding ru77711's Refer a Friend program — when a player invites a new friend to the platform—

• The referrer will receive 10% of the friend's first deposit as a bonus, capped at 10,000 Ks per referred friend.
• In addition, you will receive a weekly commission of 0.2% of your friends' valid bet amount.
• Referral bonuses will be cancelled if obtained through fraudulent promotion methods (spam), self-referral, or fake accounts.

08 Game-Related Disputes

If a game issue or financial dispute arises, the player must report it to ru77711 via Live Chat or [email protected] within 72 hours.

• The relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
• The player must cooperate by providing screenshots or other evidence required for the investigation.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, it will be resolved fairly based on the game records at that time.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

A player may request account closure at any time via Live Chat or email. ru77711 may also suspend an account if any of the following occurs—

• Self-exclusion is carried out at the player's request.

If the player has a real money balance at the time of suspension, it will be returned after the investigation is complete; any bonus funds where the bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met cannot be returned.

12 Terms and Conditions Amendments

Continued use of the platform after an announcement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If a player does not accept the amendments, they may close their account and withdraw their real money balance.

13 Severability and Relationship

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to be effective.
